But shredding a couple of pounds never hurt anyone, and it will work wonders for your physique! Especially if you lose 10 lbs!

Losing weight will not only make you look a little skinnier or not as thick boned, but will work wonders for your health, heart, and well being!

Some programs to lose weight look something like this:

Run for 2 hours
Lift heavy weights for 2 hours
Starve yourself

Sound like hell?

They do to me! If you do those kinds of workouts you’ve earned all my respect. And you also must be a demi-god or have superpowers no-one knows about!

But anyone can lose weight no matter their age or how much they weigh!

Something anyone can do is lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks with the best workout to lose weight fast!

It’s as easy as 1,2,3….4…5,6!!!

How to Cut 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks

Know that this diet is a short term diet.

It is not sustainable.

Most experts recommend losing 1-2 pounds per week. This ensures that you stay healthy and don’t do any long lasting damage to your body. 

But losing a large amount of weight quickly is a great way to boost your confidence, kickstart your other diets, or 
get you ready for the beach or pool quickly!

Your diet is 1000x more important than the workouts you choose to do.

You’ve probably heard something along those lines 1000x so I’m not going to go into depth and give you the lecture.

But some here are some great tips to get your diet under control.

Diet Tips to Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks

Diet for losing weight

1.cut high calories foods (this ones the most important)
-candy
-processed foods
-fast food

2. Include more proteins
-Make you feel more full for longer
-Helps muscles to rebuild after a workout
-helps you maintain the muscle mass you have so you don’t lose it

3. Eat appetite reducing foods

-almonds
-avocados
-Flax seed
-Greek yogurt
-Vegetable soups
-Oatmeal
-Black coffee
-Apples
-Sweet potatoes
-Green tea
-Vegetable juice
-Skim milk
-Green salad
-Leafy veggies
-Water

4. Count your Calories

-men at least 2500 calories to maintain
-Women 2000 calories to maintain

5. Drink more water

  • Leaves less room in your stomach for food
  • Everyone needs to drink more water!

6. Enough Sleep

But for reals. You must get your diet under control! That’s the most important aspect of weight loss! I can’t stress this enough!

Once you have your diet under control, you must try to cut the right amount of calories each day!

A 500-calorie deficit is needed each day to lose one pound per week. If you have a goal of losing 8 pounds a month, you must be at a 1000-calorie daily deficit so you lose 2 pounds per week.

That means if you want to reach 10 lbs in 15 days you’ll have to cut more calories! Track your calories that you eat each day and limit them close to the bare minimum.

Calories and Recommendations

An average woman needs to eat about 2000 calories per day to maintain, and 1500 calories to lose one pound of weight per week. An average man needs 2500 calories to maintain, and 2000 to lose one pound of weight per week.

You can do the math, but if you want to cut 10 lbs in 20 days you need to limit your calories so you are at a deficit of 1,750 calories each day!

That would mean if you’re a woman you can only eat 250 calories each day. If you’re a man you can only eat 750 calories each day.

Hold on…Put away your pitchforks, torches, and crosses away…

That is where working out comes in.

If you do a 1000 calories workout, or even more each day, that means you can eat X amount of calories more every day!

Again this diet is a short term diet and health professionals recommend only losing 2 pounds MAX per week!

Workout to Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks

To lose weight fast you must workout everyday.

They don’t have to be crazy jogging for 9 hour workouts but if your doing your job with your diet the workouts are where you cut the fat away from your belly, arms, and thighs.

In order to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks you must be doing the most effective and efficient workouts that burn the most amount of calories in the least amount of time!

This workout that I’ve put together is a mix of the best ways to burn calories!

It combines steady state cardio along with HIIT like Interval training along with some body weight exercises!

50 Jumping Jack
1:30 Jump Rope
20 Push Ups
1:30 Running in Place
50 Squats (Goblet if your a pro)
1:30 Jump Rope
50 jumping jacks
1:30 Running in Place
20 push ups
1:30 Jump Rope
50 Squats
1:30 Running in Place
1:00 Plank
1:00 Mountain Climbers

Beginners 1-2 times a day   300 to 500 calories
Advanced  x3 x4 a day    700 to 1000

Start off slow so you get used to the workouts then ramp it up!

Do this workout twice in the morning and twice at night, or do it once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once at night!
